What is Shattuck Therapy Solutions

Hello, I’m Brooke Shattuck, a Licensed Professional Counselor born and raised in Norman, Oklahoma. I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Professional Counseling from the University of Oklahoma and have been practicing since 2021. In 2025, I launched my private practice with the goal of expanding access to mental health and substance abuse services for those who need it most.

I approach therapy with an open mind and a nonjudgmental attitude, always focusing on your strengths. My commitment is to support you in finding effective solutions, improving stability, and enhancing your day-to-day functioning. Together, we’ll work toward both your immediate needs and long-term goals.

My therapeutic style is eclectic and personalized, drawing from a range of approaches including Client-Centered Therapy, EMDR, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to best fit your unique situation.

In our first session, we’ll review therapy guidelines and expectations, explore your biological, psychological, and social background, and identify key challenges. From there, we will collaboratively set goals and develop tailored treatment strategies to guide your healing journey.
